Returns

Square Perfect’s 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee assures customers they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in original factory condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, all returns must be pre-approved by Square Perfect and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number--unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Product returns for a refund:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing, insuring and returning the item in “new” condition – used products will not be accepted without approval. Square Perfect will issue a refund for the value of the item. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package.

If a customer refuses a delivery of a product and this product is returned to us, we will process a full refund. If a customer refuses the delivery of the product and the package gets lost in transition on its way back to us. We process the refund. 

Product damage/Wrong Item Received:
If your purchase has been damaged during shipment or you received the wrong item, a claim will be filed **, the product will be returned to us and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. Please contact us via email at sales@squareperfect.com or call 800-665-0728 within 30 days of date of purchase to submit a claim for a complete replacement of item or parts if available. Please note that Square Perfect may require pictures or a video of defective/damaged item to make a claim valid. 

Once a damaged item is received back to us we will either repair the damage or send a replacement item. If a wrong item is received then a replacement can be sent to the customer upon the wrong item tracking back to us.

We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, a damage claim will be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery--NO Exceptions.
